March 18th - Special guest speaker, Professor Bob Platzner, will give a lecture on "Women in the Hebrew Bible" at 2 p.m. Dr. Platzner taught at Temple University and later at California State University, Sacramento for 36 years. He has published in the field of biblical scholarship, religious studies, and film history. He is currently working on a new book on the History of World Religions.

The KOH Library and Cultural Center is a new facility open to everyone in the greater Sacramento area. It was established to provide a vast array of Jewish cultural programming in addition to a growing catalog of books and movies for loan. We are self supporting and always looking for financial sponsorship and volunteers in order to continue growing and meeting the needs and interests of the community.
